Assessment of the relationship between soil properties in an old tree line and its relation to tree density and tree trunk circumference

Soil organic carbon (SOC) is known as a vital ecosystem service, resulting from interactions of ecological processes. It important for its contributions to food production, mitigation, and adaptation climate change. In this study, we investigated the relationship between tree density trunk circumference with soil chemical properties in small line area located Józsefmajor, Hungary. The interrelation different also was measured. For purpose, samples were taken 24 plots (6 m×13m) 0–10 depths. Tree each plot Near-Infrared spectroscopy technique (Wavelength Range: 1300–2600nm MEMS (micro-electromechanical systems) technology) used estimate soil. Pearson Spearman correlation analysis applied study interrelationships two multivariate data sets, compared properties. results showed significant some parameters, especially total N cation exchange capacity (CEC) SOC N. Besides, shows that containing more trees higher provide concentrations. Trunk has slightly stronger these those density.
